Doing Business With Cymed

Cymed will work closely with you on product knowledge and technical support for patients or medical facilities while applying the best customer service possible. Our products are superior to most others on the market. Wholesale prices are competitive and we usually ship same day. Please see the attached Partnership Application. An electronic catalog will be emailed to you along with additional Cymed support information. Partnership Applications will typically take 1-2 business days for approval. Please do not fill out the financial portion of the application if you will be purchasing with a credit card at time of order. It will not be necessary for credit card payments.

STANDARD PURCHASING AND SHIPPING TERMS

• Orders may be placed with a credit card by phone or on our website cymed.us
• Payment terms upon approval of application are 2% 10 net 30
• Claims arising from invoices must be made with seven working days
• Shipping costs are as follows:
  Standard shipping in the United States $12.00
  Drop ship services $16.00
  Canada shipping $25.00
• Expedited shipping rates are available and will vary in cost
• Cymed uses UPS for all shipping. Any other requested shipping method may effect pricing
• Free shipping for orders over $400.00
• Payment terms and application approval to be determined by Cymed
