Shipping
Please allow a minimum of two weeks for sample requests to be processed and shipped. All sample orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Ground; expedited shipping is not available for complimentary samples.
Sample Request Policy
Sample orders are limited to one per customer. Each sample order may include multiple product samples, subject to availability.
Product availability may vary. If a requested sample is unavailable, our product specialists may substitute it with the most comparable product to best meet your needs.
Cymed product samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and are not intended to replace your current ostomy supplies. If you are running low on supplies, please contact your regular distributor or supplier to purchase full-size products.
